Disconnect, make safe, remove, and replace existing air handling units in the penthouse mechanical room as shown.
Disconnect, make safe, remove, and replace existing pumps in the penthouse mechanical room as shown.
Isolate/drain, remove, and replace existing control valves in the penthouse mechanical room as shown.
Isolate/drain, remove, and replace existing pneumatic coil control valves on Mezzanine level with DDC variants, and connect to new/existing DDC controllers as necessary as shown.
Disconnect, remove, and replace existing pneumatic thermostats with DDC variants as shown.
Refurbish existing combustion make up air unit and replace heating coils.
Any other scope indicated on drawings and specifications.
