  • Disconnect, make safe, remove, and replace existing air handling units in the penthouse mechanical room as shown.
  • Disconnect, make safe, remove, and replace existing pumps in the penthouse mechanical room as shown.
  • Isolate/drain, remove, and replace existing control valves in the penthouse mechanical room as shown.
  • Isolate/drain, remove, and replace existing pneumatic coil control valves on Mezzanine level with DDC variants, and connect to new/existing DDC controllers as necessary as shown.
  • Disconnect, remove, and replace existing pneumatic thermostats with DDC variants as shown.
  • Refurbish existing combustion make up air unit and replace heating coils.
  • Any other scope indicated on drawings and specifications.
