Strathcona Mechanical Limited (SML) is proud to support all Apprenticeship programs offering employment to many registered apprentices and students enrolled in the Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP). Apprenticeship program initiatives have always been a major interest to SML, with founders of the company serving on these Boards to insure quality tradesmen for the industry. Our certified tradesmen work closely mentoring newly registered apprentices insuring they receive the required skills and training of the trade, resulting in the preservation of quality and safety of the work.

Each year apprentices within Alberta receive awards for their commitment to the trade. Original founders of Fuller & Knowles, now SML, initiated two of these awards; The Art Fuller Award and Jake Thygesen Scholarship.
