Project Description: The LifeLabs facility located at the Vancouver Island Tech Park (VITP) has had ongoing issues with high levels of CO2 which has impacted the operation of various pieces of equipment at the facility. AME Group completed a review of the existing mechanical systems to provide direction on how best to resolve this issue. This project will be the implementation of an HRV along with electrical and structural works to support this.

Project Description: This project is for the redevelopment of the existing North tower at YEG. Edmonton Airport’s intention for the redevelopment of the North tower is to refresh the existing tower and allow for a more efficient, leasable office space for multiple office tenancies. The redevelopment includes the removal of hazardous materials in the building and the expansion of the existing floors of the North tower on the north and south sides to allow for a more typical and efficient office tenant fit out for each floor of the tower.
